Matilda

Matilda was a "talking" pig, who claimed herself to be a seer and was found at Dorobernia Theater, Cent, during the 9th century.
Biography
Matilda found herself as a form of entertainment after an Anglo-Saxon man bought her from the market. During some time, Matilda was soon visited by the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan as Eivor saw Matilda was being talked with by another man besides her. The owner stated that Eivor must drink to talk with Matilda. As Eivor drank the brew, Matilda introduced herself as a seer and asked the "Raven" if she wanted to know the prophecies she had. After Eivor had a couple of drinks of brew, Matilda told Eivor different prophecies, which bewildered the Viking. The Viking left, believing the brew was the cause of the mysterious talks and not Matilda herself.[1]
Behind the scenes
Whether or not Matilda was a seer trapped in a pig or not, the twenty prophecies that Matilda may share ranged from future events, such as the words of William Shakespeare to the Industrial Revolution, to foreshadowing events, such as the future of Aelfred's influence on England.
