Yanao Seijin is a half-Japanese high-school student who was drafted into Abstergo Industries as a test subject of the Animus "game" by his mother, one of the developers of the Animus. And also a descendent of Edward Kenway
Biography
Yanao was born in Japan to a European mother and a Japanese father. At a young age, his mother had left both his father and himself to further develop the Animus.
When he was in high-school, he was recommended by his mother to "test" the Animus. While testing it, he was put under the care of Saejima and an unknown female researcher.
Trivia
Both Seijin and Desmond Miles are similar in some ways. Both were Test subjects of the Animus, main characters of their own game and Descendants of famous Assassins. But unlike Miles, Seijin was able to return home and not forced to be on the animus all day.
