This article is about the Milesian philosopher. You may be looking for the crew member of Xenia.

Anaximandros (c. 610 BCE – c. 546 BCE) was a Greek philosopher from the ancient Greek city of Miletus. He was a student of Thales of Miletus and later the teacher of Anaximenes.

During the Peloponnesian War, Anaximandros and both his teacher and student were mentioned in a conversation by two philosophers in Delphi.[1]
