The London Zoo is the world's oldest scientific zoo, opened in London on 27 April 1828.

In 2019, the Assassins Gavin Banks and My'shell Lemair, along with Aliyah Khan, sought refuge in the zoo while fleeing from the Templars sent after them in the city. There, Aliyah suggests that they visit the ExploreDNA office in London as an alternative for the Animus to relive the memories of Omar Khaled.
