The Lady of Qin (秦国夫人; died 756) was a Chinese noblewoman who lived during the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang. She, along with the Lady of Han and the Lady of Guo, was the older sister of the consort Yang Yuhuan. She was also a cousin of the Golden Turtles leader and Chancellor of the Right, Yang Guozhong.[1]

In 756, the Lady of Qin, along with her sisters, and various high-ranking members of the Golden Turtles, were assassinated by a group of Assassins led by Li E at Mawei Station. The ambush inspired a mutiny by Tang soldiers escorting the royal entourage in their flight from Chang'an.[1]
