Keleos was the first king of Eleusis, in Attika, Greece.

According to myth, Keleos' daughters met the disguised goddess Demeter at the Anthion Flowery Well, and their father gave the goddess sanctuary in his home. In return, Demeter taught him the Eleusinian Mysteries.
