After Robert Fraser failed to complete his work, Westcreek was tasked with reliving the genetic memories of Arno Dorian, a French Assassin living during the French Revolution.

Biography

"We cannot afford to have another failure like Fraser on our hands. Don't let us down."
Alan Rikkin on his assignment letter, 2014.[src]

Not much is know about Westcreek before he joined the Animi Training Program, in late 2012. After the successful completion of the it, Westcreek became a Templar agent and started working for the Templar Order, and Abstergo.

After Robert Fraser failed to complete the task of reliving Arno Dorian's genetic memory, Melanie Lemay personally recommended to Alan Rikkin that Percy Westcreek be assigned this task. Fraser destroyed a great part of the already-harvested information before his death but, fortunately, Abstergo was able to partially reconstruct some of it, which would help expedite the assignment. No longer being a simple Research Analyst, as a Templar agent, Westcreek was also provided with Fraser's personal files and other confidential files, to help better understand the subject, which he claimed from Abstergo Archival Department on August 11, 2014.

During his assignment, Westcreek had special permission to handle some artifacts locked in Abstergo Entertainment archives, due to being a Templar agent and because of his skill with Eagle Vision, like Arno Dorian's watch, the challice from the Assassin Order initiation and a Templar badge of office made by François-Thomas Germain.

Due to his exceptional work with Arno Dorian's memories and the artifacts, Westcreek was provided a trip on Abstergo Entertainment private jet to explore the French Assassins hideout, Sainte Chapelle. Due to his skills, Melanie Lemay hoped that he would discover some secrets that others might have missed.

Following reliving great part of Arno Dorian's memories, at least until his encounter with Germain on January 21, 1793, at Louis XVI execution, Westcreek was raised in the Templar ranks to the title of Journeyman being granted the privilege to confidential information, from the Phoenix Project, to Sages, First Civilization and Pieces of Eden. Knowing now the purpose of his research, Westcreek was also brought up to date as to why the rush in this assignment, Fraser had also leaked the unsequenced memories to the Assassins who would most likely already be be already at work on them, feared Melanie.

An unknown time later, Westcreek was able to sequence a great deal of Arno's genetic memory, much more than what Fraser had been able to. During this time, Westcreek was also tasked with investigating Fraser's apartment with his special skill, leading to the discovery of a set of fingerprints belonging to Bishop, helping narrowing down what data had been leaked to the Assassins.

All his work on Arno Dorian led him to be recognized by Alan Rikkin, which after an unanimous vote by the Inner Sanctum, made him a full Templar. Due to Aidan St. Claire termination, he was also assigned the job as a Project Manager at Abstergo Entertainment.
