John Harrison was a member of the British Rite of the Templar Order. On 18 April 1754, he aided Grand Master Reginald Birch by determining the location of a particular First Civilization storehouse and was able to narrow it down to the region covering the colonies of New York and Massachusetts.
When Haytham Kenway came to confront Reginald at his home on 0ctober 8th 1757 Harrison was present and attacked Haytham with a firearm at the house's stairwell. Haytham however dodged his shot before grappling John to floor and demanding answers from him. Harrison however remained silent and Haytham swiftly killed him with his hidden blade
