"I've seen so many women coming in and out of that house, you'd think he was running a brothel."
―Jacqueline Perel to Arno Dorian, 1793.[src]-[m]
Arno Dorian questioning Jacqueline Perel

Jacqueline Perel was a woman living in Paris during the French Revolution. She was a neighbor of Jean-Paul Marat.

Before Marat's death, she saw many women coming in and out his house. When he died, she stood outside his house, among other people, like Chantelle Naves and Madeline Leclair. When Arno Dorian investigated the death of Marat, he questioned Perel on the street. Perel told Arno that Marat's house was like a brothel.[1]
