Jacqueline Perel was a civilian during the French Revolution. She's a neighbor of Jean-Paul Marat.

Before Marat's death, she saw so many women coming in and out his house. When he died, she stands outside his house, like other people did, such as Chantelle Naves and Madeline Leclair.
