Gas mask
The gas mask was a piece of equipment utilized by the Assassin-turned-Templar Shay Cormac, during the 18th century.
It consisted of a piece of cloth that Shay could pull up to cover his face, in order to protect himself from the harmful effects of poisonous vapors or smoke bombs. He would typically keep the mask lowered, using it only in situations he deemed necessary, as well as during hunts for his former Assassin brethren.
Trivia
- Some British regulars, and the Jägers wear a mask similar to Shay's gas mask but it is unclear if they do provide protection from smoke.
