Garcia-Lopez is a high ranking Templar and a key member of the propaganda division of the Templar Order.

In 2016, a team of Assassins led by Galina Voronina traveled to Mexico City in order to kidnap the Templar and learn from her where was Joseph, an Assassin turncoat. However as Charlotte de la Cruz and Kody were following Garcia-Lopez though the Chapoltepec Park, she spotted them and successfully fled.
