Egbert

Egbert was an Ulfberht-style short sword that was purportedly forged with the goal of being stronger and more nimble than other, larger blades of the time.

In the late 880s, the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan found and claimed the weapon at Blihaut from a Norse thief during her aid for Sigfred's efforts in laying siege to Paris.
