Edward Braddock (January 1695 – 13 July 1755) (nicknamed the Bulldog) was a soldier and general of the British Army and the commander-in-chief for the thirteen colonies of British America at the start of the French and Indian War. Braddock was secretly a member of the Templar Order.

During the French and Indian War, Braddock had several soldiers under his command, namely John Pitcairn and Charles Lee, whom he rarely saw due to their Templar Allegiance. This disobedience of command came to a head when Braddock was confronted by Haytham Kenway, the Grand Master of the Order. Haytham "convinced" Braddock to allow Pitcairn to continue his duties for the Order.

Braddock was eventually killed by Haytham in order for Haytham to gain the trust of Kaniehti:io, and because Braddock had turned from the Templars' way. Haytham also took the Templar ring from Braddock's finger, which he would later give to Charles Lee.
