The Cerberus brothers were Greek triplets who operated on the island of Kos, Greece. Their namesake came from the mythological legend of the three-headed dog of Hades, Cerberos.
Biography
In the 420s, the brothers lent money to the merchant Markos for his winery business, but they grew angry after Markos failed to repay his debt. In response, they set a bounty on him. It worked as he was captured and caged at Artemisia Fort. However, he was saved by his ally, the Spartan misthios Kassandra.[1] As a means of a truce, Markos sent Kassandra with his best wine to meet with Cerberus at Astypalia City. Meeting one of Cerberus' men, the wine was given to drink. However, due to its awful taste, the men retaliated and attacked Kassandra, who left the city and headed back to Markos.[2]
In response, the Cerberus brothers and their men went to Markos' vineyard to retaliate against Markos. As a result, Kassandra chose on whether to help Markos against the Cerberus brothers.[3]
Behind the scenes
If Kassandra saved Markos at his vineyard, the Cerberus brothers can be knocked out and be recruited to join her crew on the Adrestia.
