The Casa di Vespucci.

The Casa di Vespucci was the residence of the Vespucci family in Florence and a major landmark. It is located in the San Giovanni district and is featured in Assassin's Creed II. The residence was built in 1350 and was the first in Florence to have painted facades, which where copied heavily in the Oltrarno district.

It is featured in the memory "Nightcap", where Ezio climbs into the house through the window to see Cristina Vespucci.
