Cappadocia is the region where an ancient underground city in central Turkey not only controlled, but constructed by, the Knights Templar.

During the 16^th century, the Templars, after being driven from Rome, set up their headquarters in the underground city in Cappadocia. Ezio Auditore scaled all of the floors of the city at least once.

Ezio must explore the multi-floored tunnels and chambers of this sprawling complex, all the while under the scrutiny of his greatest enemies.
