The Caltrop Bomb impeded enemy movement by dispersing small spikes across the ground, rendering its victims vulnerable during a fight. • Ezio is immune to the effects, which allows him to easily defeat or escape enemies.

Mouse Trap Achievement Icon

• The achievement Mouse Trap can be achieved by using a Caltrop Bomb to halt and kill a total of 5 guards with a scaffold destroyed by the hookblade.
• In a Den Defense, Caltrop Bomber Assassins are one of the units you can deploy. Their bombs do only a small amount of damage, but slow their targets' movement speed significantly.
