Description

Arno received a letter from the Assassin Council, instructing him to eliminate thug captains extorting citizens.

Dialogue

Arno read the letter from the Council.

• Letter: A band of thugs are extorting common citizens by charging a payment simply to cross a bridge. Eliminate their captains on each bridge.
  --The Council

Arno assassinated the captains guarding the bridges and escaped the area.

Outcome

Arno assassinated the captains, allowing the citizens to cross the bridges without being extorted.
