The Blighters were a Templar-controlled gang in London during the 19th century. Led by Bloody Nora, they were the rivals of the Assassin-affiliated syndicate, the Rooks.

Trivia

A blighter is a person who is regarded with contempt, irritation, or pity.
The blighters are based on the late 19th/ Early 20th century Birmingham, England based criminal gang called the Peaky Blinders.
