The predator clocking and wolf "summoning" stuff is still very confusing. How would you like it If they just gave Connor the ability to warp time and teleport? What if Connor could fly and breathe fire? These new abilities are just silly and non-realistic. I always saw Eagle Vision as simply hyper-perception of the environment. And Al Mualim explained that all the POEs were just illusions and no magic is involved, that does not stray too far from reality. But maybe Connor has a POE which allows him to cloak or use animals to attack for him. That is really the only way I could belive any of his new super powers. AC still does have that whole Sci-fi element with the animus and ancient civilizations.
