It's true, I had forgotten about the Colonial Brotherhood's destruction, though Haytham shares that "honour" with Shay, really.

Well, Haytham officially founded the Colonial Rite, but it's not like there weren't Templars active in the colonies - Lawrence Washington had much the same idea as Haytham, but he died early, and George Monroe appears to have been in charge of much of the Templars' activities prior to Haytham's arrival.

"During French and Indian war Templars supported the British who achived total victory in that theater of war." I'm not sure that can be credited to Haytham, really. As for the American Revolution, Haytham and the Templars kind of lost control of that one - Connor sabotaged a lot of their plans, which is why the Revolution ended up as it did. In that regard, I think the Assassins "triumphed" over the Templars, though since it was essentially a Brotherhood of one (which Connor managed to expand slightly with the recruitment of Dobby, Stephane and the others), how much of a victory it was is indeed debatable.
