Beelzebub was a soldier under Zhang Yong, a Chinese Templar, during the early 16th century.

History[edit | edit source]

In 1526, Beelzebub was hidden inside a crate and passed onto Taki Choji's crew as if a tribute of cured meats. In reality, Zhang Yong wished to test his soldier's above-human strength. Beelzebub proceeded to slaughter Choiji, his son Katana and another eleven pirates out of the total of 21 before being overcome.[1]
