Barbed Blade

The Barbed Blade was a sickle sword of 5th century BCE Greece. Several sharp protrusions extended on both edges of the golden blade, giving it a striking resemblance to a lightning bolt.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Barbed Blade, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as a number of other similar weapons in the same game, including the Curved Obsidian Blade and the Moonlit Crescent. These are all the recycled model of the Thorn, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
Although its flavour text refers to it as a jagged edge, the sword's edges are not jagged so much as having a few pronounced protrusions forking outward.
