Shark Bay was a bay in Vineyard Canyon on the island Lesbos, Greece. Found on the eastern side of the island, it was a bay where several shipwrecks were situated. The bay was home to many sharks, hence its name.

During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place.
