I don't like seeing sex scenes in movies these days. Even worse when they advertise it, in my opinion. It's like directors think no sex scene = not an interesting movie. I also find it slightly cliche when they use sex scenes for character relationship development. Some movies can get by with those scenes, namely romance movies and certain types of drama, but is it really needed in every movie?

I could name a popular movie that came out this year that had, what I thought was, an unnecessary sex scene, but I don't know if it would count as a spoiler.
