Tomahawk

The tomahawk was a type of one-handed axe, which was most effective when used in close combat. It was commonly used by Native Americans before modern times, as well as European colonists for centuries.
During the American Revolutionary War, the Mohawk Assassin Connor Kenway used a tomahawk with a head resembling the Assassin insignia, which he would often dual-wield alongside another weapon, such as the Hidden Blade. Connor is the only known Assassin to use it. The tomahawk was a useful weapon as it could be easily used for stealth assassinations, melee combat or to perform menial tasks, such as cutting a rope.
It was an easily concealed versatile weapon that could be thrown. It was easily concealed in Connor's arsenal, making it the weapon of choice (besides the hidden blade) for emergency assassinations.
