That's just the ip address of the website this guy has found out the password to the website(apparently it's the coordinates of where the Queen Anne's Revenge was sunk). Looks like it's a little mini game of some sort, a bit disappointing really.

Looks like all you can do atm is sign up and the game only starts on the 30th according to this email I got "Welcome aboard Assassin! You've successfully registered and secured a place in the Ace of Spades game. A game of rich rewards and brutal punishments - this is pirate life. You set sail at 00:00hrs on Monday September 30th, be prepared!"
