Yeah, I agree with both you, Crimson, and FTGM.

Firstly, Rat/Haytham might even fall from deadly heights if the same eagle who roams around the vantage points peck on his neck

Secondly, Rat/Haytham was 'LEVITATING' atop viewpoints, and with THIS flaw alongside the climbing 'in-realism' flaw, ACIII' SUCKED and DID NOT meet my expectations.
