IRC planned maintenance

In the near future, I plan on swapping IRCd on Xertion's servers from UnrealIRCd to InspIRCd. During this time, you may experience connection issues and/or identification issues.

DO NOT WORRY!!!

I will notify you before these changes occur officially. Right now, I can't tell you how long the maintenance will be, but I can assure you it's planned and nothing is broken.

I don't know when I'm going to be making these changes happen as of yet, but I will hopefully soon. the new changes are still undergoing testing on our test network as we want to make sure that it works fully before we go changing everything on our live network.

The switch form UnrealIRCd to InspIRCd is complete. I apologize for the downtime folks. All's good now though, see you on IRC.
