I have no idea if the number of allies that show up differ based on previous choices/regions completed. For me there was Erke Bodilsson and Stowe (from Lunden), Brothir and Broder (East Anglia), Soma (Grantebridgescire), Basim (main quest), and Ubba Ragnarsson (Ledecestrescire) (I haven't touched Jorvik, Euvicscire, snotinhamscire, or Glowecestrescire yet). Just putting this here in case it's useful info when gathering dialogue. :Dialogue will definitely differ on whether you did it with Brodir or not during the wedding in East Anglia. I told him no, and that reflected in the first conversation with them when starting the memory.
