I think its heavily hinted at that the nornir are just the machine that Odin used to see the future. Considering they are in the Yggdrasil machine but not connected to the machine. —unsigned comment by BearticWiki (talk · contr)

I wanted to circle back to this because Darby did call them the OS of the Yggdrasil machine in the discord but its unknown if that only applies to their appearance at the end of the game or if it applies during the Odin vision quest stuff as well. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 22:11, 7 August 2021 (UTC)
