:Our convention—though I'm not sure if we have codified this yet—is that we're allowed to make grammatical corrections to names even if it is not what is used in the official sources. We view this as not actually using a conjectural name contrary to canon but using the canonical name corrected for grammar. So yes, you are free to use the correct singular in writing if the source is in error. Correct grammar

- Our convention—though I'm not sure if we have codified this yet—is that we're allowed to make grammatical corrections to names even if it is not what is used in the official sources. We view this as not actually using a conjectural name contrary to canon but using the canonical name corrected for grammar.
