A Seed is a brief, cinematic memory, and the last one in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
Description
Ezio hid the Apple of Eden in the Colosseum Vault, located underneath Santa Maria Aracoeli and near the Colosseum.
Outcome
Desmond and the modern day Assassins discovered the location of the Apple.

Trivia
- The equilateral triangle that can be seen on the door of the Vault is the same symbol that is marked in the Sanctuary and the Villa Auditore. It is a clue to the password which opens the Vault door.
