War Plans are four memories that take place before each of the War Machines memories, and are required to unlock the main War Machines missions.

Description

In order to aid with the destruction of his machines, Leonardo da Vinci supplies Ezio Auditore with a list detailing the names of the Templars overseeing their construction.

To discover the location of the machines themselves, Ezio must kill the Papal Guard in charge, who is always escorted by one or more groups of guards. Once the Templar is dead, the plans' mission will be finished, unlocking the machine's main mission.

Missions

Plans for the Machine Gun

Ezio must fight a group of guards walking by Rome's walls in the Antico district. To do so, Ezio can hire a group of mercenaries nearby to aid him.

Full Synchronization: Ezio must hire the mercenaries.

Plans for the Tank

Ezio's target is found walking with a group of guards by the church he first climbed upon arriving in Rome. Ezio can either fight the guards or kill the target from long range.

Full Synchronization: Ezio must kill the Papal guard with the Hidden Gun.

Plans for the Naval Cannon

Ezio finds another of his targets being guarded by several soldiers and Brutes at the Campagna district.

Full Synchronization: Ezio must use a kick to break the target's defense.

Plans for the Bomber

Ezio's target is found walking with a group of guards in some ruins at the Antico district, constantly searching hiding places, much like a Seeker.

Full Synchronization: Ezio must use a Smoke Bomb on the target.
