Victor Wolcott was a doctor, infamous for his experiments. It was known that he was highly interested in biology, medicine and potions, with it being rumored that his elixirs could keep his patients from the brink of death. As well as this, he also expanded his dissection skills on "fresh" bodies, though the means of which he obtained them was mysteriously unknown.
In 2012, his genetic memories were used as an Animi Avatar by the Templar company Abstergo Industries, for the training of their Animus recruits, under the title of the Mountebank.
