Ashraf Ismail was a Creative Director with Ubisoft, known for his work on Assassin's Creed: Origins[1] in 2017 and had previously held the same position for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.[2] In May 2020, he had joined the development team for Assassin's Creed: Valhalla as its Creative Director.[3]
Resignation
Amid allegations of infidelity and sexual impropriety in late June 2020,[4][5] Ashraf stepped down from his position, citing personal issues impacting his family.[6] Following an internal investigation into the allegations, Ashraf was formally fired from Ubisoft in mid-August.[7]
