The Arsenal Shipyard, or L'Arsenale di Venezia in Italian, was a shipyard in the north-east corner of Venice. Throughout it's history it served as a base of operations for the

Knights Templar, the 1320 renovation of the shipyard was paid for by Templar funds.
In 1486 it served as the point of departure for the Templar vessel destined to collect the Apple of Eden, and also as the point of arrival for said vessel two years later.
Templar Lair
"Shipwrecked" is a bonus map unlocked in "The Bonfires of the Vanities" DLC or a pre-order bonus. To redeem this map there is a code that comes with the Black Edition. Each code is unique and can only be used once. The entrance to a Templar Lair is a door on a small stone structure, which is marked with a Templar sign. Most of the inside of the Lair is what appears to be a drydock.
Although the Secret Location offers no new plot or characters, it does reward the player with a medium amount of florins.
