Spencer was a British man who lived in the East End on London during World War II.
On 7 September 1940, he attempted to use Eddie Gorm's docks to move weapons during World War II. Upon Gorm's disagreement, he started a brawl at the docks. Eddie beat Spencer up and marked his face with a knife.[1]
