You will be prompted to carry her back to the mansion and she will tell you about poachers you will have to go assassinate. When you arrive at the mansion Achilles will take her in and fix her up, suggesting you go after the poachers with the rope dart, although this is not required for full Syncronization. Deal with the poachers and return to the Manor and you will have unlocked her. You will then be able to purchase hunting suplies from her shack
