Seeing Red is a memory in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.

Description

In Rome in 1503, Templar and Papal force Captain General Cesare Boriga's power was fast fading. In an attempt to regain former power, Cesare callrf a meeting of Templar loyalists in the Colosseum. However, the Assassin Ezio Auditore followed the cardinal Georges d'Amboise and disrupted the meeting and further weakens Cesare's support.

Dialogue

The Cardinals

Ezio meets his sister Claudia at the Rosa in Fiore brothel.

• Claudia: A cardinal revealed under... stress that Cesare plans to meet with Templar loyalists in the countryside. The cardinal departs for the meeting tonight.
• Ezio: I will follow him.

The Colosseum

Cesare talking to Georges and another cardinal.

Ezio follows the cardinal through the countryside of Rome, and reaches the meeting at the Colosseum.

• Cesare: Join me and I will take back Roma!
• Georges: We have decided to elect Della Rovere to the papacy. We are sorry.
• Cesare: I paid for your appointment.
• Georges: Roma is not the same as it once was. Borgia money has become tainted.
• Cesare: You will regret this decision.

The Cardinals and Cesare spot Ezio.

• Georges: Assassino! Run!
• Ezio: Hired men promise you their blood, but as soon as you need help, they turn against you.
• Cesare: Guards!

Outcome

Cesare leaves the city, and Ezio and his recruits kill all of Cesare's men at the Colosseum.

Trivia

• Ezio can use only the Apple in this memory, though he can call his recruits to help him.
• There is a common glitch which the cardinal does not appear in the area from which you begin to tail him into the Colosseum. The only way to fix this is by reloading the game or replaying the memory.
