The Ruined Temple of Mafdet was an abandoned temple situated in the west corner of Saqqara Nome, dedicated to Mafdet, an Egyptian goddess who protected against snakes and scorpions.
In around 48 BCE, the ruins was explored by the Medjay, Bayek of Siwa, who claimed the treasures around the area.
