Robert Waugh (died 1862) was a photographer involved in the pornographic industry and a member of the British Rite of the Templar Order during the Victorian era.
Biography
Working as a pornographic photographer for the Templars, he used the thief Boot as a courier to send photographic plates to rookeries and alehouses collecting money on the side without his fellow Templar's knowledge. Scheduled to meet with Boot on a day in 1862 in St. Giles Rookery and finding his courier late, he witnessed the Assassin Ethan Frye threaten and interrogate Boot.
