Richard Farrese is a writer and editor on Ubisoft's encyclopedia team, working on the Assassin's Creed Encyclopedia as well as working on the mentoring intitative for new writers alongside Ann Lemay. Farrese has been a long time fan of the Assassin's Creed storyline and he has said he enjoyed the process of being creative and adding content on the Assassin's Creed franchise.
