Richard is an employee of Abstergo Industries. Sometime after Lucy Stillman's arrival at the Templar-owned company, he occasionally joined her in lunch together. However, as she later recounted to Desmond Miles, their business relationship changed when he was one of three men who barged into her apartment one night with orders to kill her, an event that still traumatized her years after.[1]
