Richard is an employee of Abstergo Industries. Sometime after Lucy Stillman's arrival at the Templar-owned company, he was one of three men who barged into her apartment one night with orders to kill her.[1]
As Lucy mentioned the event to Desmond Miles, she later went on to state that they occasionally ate lunch together.[1]
