Qinghe Commandery (Chinese: 清河郡) is a historical commandery of China located in present-day southern Hebei and western Shandong.

The Chinese Assassin Li E was born in the commandery in 730. When he retired from his career as a general, Pei Min settled in Qinghe to establish a Mohist community based on the values of equality and mutual assistance.[1]
