Prologue was a virtual representation of one of Lo Sparviero's genetic memories relived by an Abstergo Entertainment research analyst through the Animus Omega.

Description

The Assassin Lo Sparviero rushed to the Piazza Santa Croce to deal with a ruffian harassing a civilian.

Memory Animus Feedback System

• Reach the staircase leading to the Santa Croce Plaza.
• Eliminate the Ruffian harassing the citizen.
  • ASSASSINATE the Ruffian
• It is a trap! Defend yourself!
  • Reinforcements have arrived!
• You survived! Escape the area.
• Ascend the Cathedral. They cannot follow you there.

Outcome

Lo Sparviero assassinated the ruffian and eliminated the oncoming guards before making his escape, climbing to the top of the Basilica of Santa Croce.
