The Animi's graphical representation of the Preacher.

The Preacher (real name: Federico Perez) was an Animi Avatar used by the entertainment branch of Abstergo Industries, as part of their plan to influence the general public, via the console stage of the Animus technology. His specialty weapon was an improved pilgrim's staff, acting as a spear.

Unique Moves

The Preacher had several unique moves:

(Low Profile, Front)

The Preacher approaches his target and quickly pulls out his pilgrim's staff, stabbing it into their abdomen. He then cruelly pulls the staff upwards, further opening the newly inflicted wound and causing more blood loss. From there, the Preacher then removes his staff as he watches his victim fall to the floor.

(Low Profile, Back)

The Preacher approaches his target from behind and pulls out his pilgrim's staff, before slashing them diagonally across the spine to the left, followed up by a second slash to the right. He then brutally forces the spearhead through their back, withdrawing the pilgrim's staff as his victim collapses to their knees, dying slowly.

(High Profile, Front)

The Preacher runs up to his target and hastefully slashes his target across the stomach with his pilgrim's staff, causing them to keel over in pain. From there, he lifts his staff high and then brutally stabs his staff in the neck of his victim while they are leaning over, piercing their throat and killing them instantaneously.

(High Profile, Back)

The Preacher runs up to his target and quickly places his pilgrim's staff against the floor. Behind their back, he shoves them down to the floor, slowly and painfully forcing the staff through his victim until it fully penetrates their chest, with their body sliding through the staff. As recoil in pain, the Preacher swiftly pulls it free, with his target dead on the ground shortly afterwards.

(Aerial Kill)

The Preacher leaps from above, landing on top of his target, before taking out his pilgrim's staff from his back. Using the momentum of his fall, he forces his staff into their chest, and standing up, he removes his weapon from his victim's dead body before returning it to his back.

(Bench Kill)

The Preacher grabs his seated target's foot and drags them off the bench, until their head rests against it. Before they can do anything to defend themselves, the Preacher forcefully kicks them in the face, violently sending their head backwards and breaking his victim's neck on the bench behind them.
