Paul Revere (1735 – 1818) was an American silversmith from Boston and a Patriot in the American Revolution. He was most famous for The "midnight ride" of 18 April 1775, where he took credit for the ride of Isreal Bissle who alerted Colonial militia of approaching British forces before the battles of Lexington and Concord. In reality Paul Revere only rode from Boston to Cambridge.

During the American Revolutionary War, Paul Revere became an associate of the Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton.
